Production Time: Most custom paintings take approximately 7 days.

Shipping Time: Shipping through FedEx, DHL, or UPS typically takes 7-15 business days.

2. Is the painting ready to hang?

We offer three options:

  • Rolled Canvas: Shipped in a sturdy tube. You will need to frame or stretch it yourself.
  • Framed or Stretched: Comes with hanging hardware.
  • Custom Frames: Available upon request.

3. How is my artwork packaged?

We use high-quality protective packaging to ensure your artwork arrives safely:

  • Rolled Canvas: Packaged in a thick paper tube.
  • Framed/Small Pieces: Packaged in secure cardboard boxes.
  • Large Framed Pieces: Shipped in custom wooden crates.

Each package is insured and handled with care.

4. Can I update or change my order?

If your item has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your change request. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@yartly.com.

5. Can I cancel my order?

1. If you wish to cancel a custom order before shipment, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.

2. You have 30 days from the receipt of your artwork to return it for any reason. We will assist with the return process, and you will only need to cover return shipping costs.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

Even without a PayPal account, you can use PayPal's guest checkout option to pay with a credit/debit card.

If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. You only need to cover the return shipping cost.

13. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive the returned item:

PayPal: Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days.

Credit Cards: Refunds typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

14. What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?

We carefully inspect and pack all artwork, but if damage occurs:

Please open the package in front of the courier and note any visible damage. Take clear photos of the damage to the packaging and artwork. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Please contact us immediately at info@Yartly.com so we can handle the claim and arrange a replacement.

15. Do I need to pay import duties or taxes?

Depending on your country or region, you may be required to pay local import duties. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
